Boston Scientific Bid For New Stent Trial Rejected

Law360, New York (July 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge flatly denied Boston Scientific Corp.’s bids for a new trial Wednesday and let stand the court’s $501 million award to a radiologist who accused the medical device giant of infringing his patented drug-eluting stent.
