Exxon Valdez Victims Owed $500M In Interest: Filing

Law360, New York (July 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fishermen and Alaska natives whose award of punitive damages against Exxon Mobil Corp. was cut to $507.5 million last month have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to clarify whether nearly $500 million in interest should still be added to the new award.
