McIntyre Pays $175K To Settle Race Bias Class Suit

Law360, New York (July 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- McIntyre Group Ltd. has agreed to pay $175,000 to put to rest class action claims of racial harassment, discrimination and retaliation filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission last year.

The EEOC announced Thursday that Judge George Lindberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois had approved the two-year consent decree between McIntyre and the EEOC on July 1.
