Former Chase Employee Sues For Age Discrimination

Law360, New York (July 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former bank employee has filed an age discrimination suit against JP Morgan Chase & Co. alleging that after more than 20 years of service to the company he was replaced by a less experienced man nearly half his age.

Kevin Kane, 59, filed his complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York against the company and Frank Hall.
