N.Y. Attorney General Investigates Wind Farm Deals

Law360, New York (July 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has launched an investigation into two out-of-state companies currently developing wind farms across New York state amid allegations that the companies have engaged in improper dealings with public officials and anti-competitive practices.
