Microsoft Squares Off With E.U. Antitrust Regulators

Law360, New York (April 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The legal battle between Microsoft Corp. and European trustbusters came to a head in Luxembourg on Monday, as attorneys for Microsoft told the Court of First Instance that the European Commission erred in finding that the software giant abused its market dominance and levying a fine of €497 million.
