Judge Stays Google Toolbar Patent Case

Law360, New York (July 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has put the brakes on an infringement case targeting Google Inc.’s toolbar and viewing features while the patent office re-examines one of the patents asserted by a Michigan-based Internet software developer.
