Westerfield — a former Morgan Stanley managing director — to take on the role of CEO effective April 1. At the same time, Mitsui Fudosan America also promoted Kaoru Yamaoka to president. Together, Westerfield and Yamaoka will step into the void left by former president and CEO Yukio Yoshida. The shake-up comes as the company — which has already committed $2 billion to real estate projects across the U.S. — eyes a continued expansion....
