Russian Authorities, Executives Target TNK-BP CEO

Law360, New York (July 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- TNK-BP Management CEO Robert Dudley, whom four Russian billionaires have been trying to oust in a bid to take over the venture half-owned by BP Plc, has reportedly been targeted by Russian immigration authorities and a group of Russian executives that claim his employment contract is invalid.
