IBM, Oracle, SAP, Adobe Sued Over Server Patents

Law360, New York (July 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Seattle company has sued IBM Corp. and other major companies, alleging that they infringe two of its patents for application server technology.

Implicit Networks Inc. filed the suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, naming IBM, Oracle Corp., SAP America Inc. and Adobe Systems Inc. as defendants.
