Patent Suit Takes Aim At Texas Instruments' Circuits

Law360, New York (July 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Texas Instruments Inc.’s integrated circuits have become the subject of a patent infringement suit brought by a Las Vegas-based technology company.

Nevada SCSI Enterprises Inc. lodged the suit on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District Court of Nevada, claiming that TI has infringed four of its patents related to digital data buses.
