Patent Woes Find RIM's Blackberry Once Again

Law360, New York (May 1, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A new round of intellectual property trouble is brewing for Blackberry maker Research In Motion Ltd. after rival Visto Corp. filed a federal patent infringement lawsuit against the company Friday. This time, however, the plaintiff is seeking nothing less than complete removal of the wireless e-mail devices from the U.S. market.
