All Eyes On Mounting Muni Bond Litigation

Law360, New York (July 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the growing litigation over allegations of price-fixing in the municipal derivatives industry among more than 30 major financial institutions, over a dozen cities, counties and states have filed suit in state and federal courts.

The majority of the federal lawsuits have been consolidated into In Re: Municipal Derivatives Antitrust Litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
