Deals Rumor Mill: Procter & Gamble, First Eagle, C&M Co.

According to the report, P&G recently sent out sale documents to a list of potential bidders for its Wella hair care unit, cosmetics brands and its fragrance business. The P&G businesses up for sale could be sold individually or could be combined in one larger deal, the report noted. P&G is aiming to fetch up to $19 billion combined from the sales or sale, the report said. Potential suitors included Henkel AG, Revlon Inc., Unilever, Kao Corp., and Coty Inc., the report added....
