Whirlpool Takes Hit In Faulty Fridge Case

Law360, New York (July 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Whirlpool Corp. has suffered a blow in a purported class action over allegedly defective ice chutes in the company's side-by-side refrigerator models, with a federal judge letting the lion's share of the plaintiff's claims move forward.
