Kasowitz's Battle With Former IP Head Rages On

Law360, New York (July 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former partner ousted from Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP for allegedly sexually harassing junior lawyers is continuing the battle with his former employer over what he claims is a public smear campaign against him.

Jeremy Pitcock, former head of the firm's intellectual property department, filed an amended complaint Friday in New York Supreme Court reiterating his argument that Kasowitz tried to defame him. Kasowitz, meanwhile, has filed a motion to dismiss his claims.
