Law360, New York (July 31, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- After losing a $34 million verdict last year to licensing company Orion IP LLC, Hyundai Motor America Inc. launched a declaratory judgment action Monday against the company, now called Clear With Computers LLC, in a bid to invalidate the same online sales method patent.
