Law360, New York (July 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Although historically high oil prices may translate to boom times for some energy companies, the bankruptcy and insolvency practice at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP is currently handling a number of cases in the energy sector, according to Austin-based Fulbright bankruptcy partner Berry D. Spears.
