International Antitrust Conference Proposes New Guidelines

Law360, New York (May 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- International antitrust representatives at last week’s International Competition Network conference in Cape Town, South Africa finalized a workbook that will improve merger review analyses and established a new unilateral conduct working group, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
