Law360, New York (May 4, 2015, 10:29 AM EDT) -- "A Navy SEAL and a professional wrestler walk into a bar and begin to argue about politics" sounds like the beginning of a pretty good bar fight story. The story only gets more promising when you learn that the SEAL was the highly decorated war hero Chris Kyle and the wrestler was the highly opinionated former governor of Minnesota, Jesse "The Body" Ventura. Kyle must have thought so, too, as he included his version of what happened next in his best-selling book, "American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History," recently made into a popular movie. What happened as a result of Kyle's bar fight story, however, has now reached the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and roiled a "who's who" list of American media companies....
