Judge Dumps RICO Claims In Google Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (August 05, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge dismissed racketeering charges against Google Inc. and a host of Internet companies, but said the defendants must continue to face several other claims in a proposed class action trademark suit over online "parking" companies with domain names almost identical to those registered by the plaintiffs.
