Charys Plan Pitches Compromises

Law360, New York (August 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Charys Holding Co. Inc. has filed a Chapter 11 plan geared toward resolving some of the hundreds of millions of dollars in debt that helped drag the infrastructure provider into bankruptcy court in February 2008.

Charys filed its restructuring plan and related disclosure statement with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Monday, about six months after seeking bankruptcy protection.
