Prosecutors Amend Indictment Of McAfee Exec

Law360, New York (August 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have dropped four of the seven charges originally filed against McAfee Inc. executive Kent Roberts, amending the original indictment in the stock options backdating case to remove allegations that Roberts changed the grant date on options earmarked for McAfee's CEO.
