Merrill Lynch Faces Another Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former senior sales associate at a Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. subsidiary has launched a putative class action against the financial management firm for allegedly failing to pay her thousands of dollars in overtime in violation of federal labor law.
