Honeywell Sues Raytheon Over Navy Contract

Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. has filed suit against defense and aerospace supplier Raytheon Co. and aviation electronics manufacturer Rockwell Collins Inc., claiming they conspired to restrain trade during the sale of advanced GPS units to the U.S. Navy.
