Kramer Levin Snags IP Attorney From Ropes & Gray

Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP has welcomed intellectual property partner Robert Morris, who joined the firm Monday from Ropes & Gray LLP.

Morris, who works on both litigation and patent prosecution, started his career at IP boutique Fish & Neave, which merged with Ropes & Gray a few years ago. He will continue his multifaceted practice from Kramer Levin’s New York office.

For Morris, the move to Kramer Levin was necessary for him to continue his unique practice, which is “75% litigation and 75% prosecution,”...
