Abbott Glucose Strip Patent Invalid: Jury

Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal jury in San Francisco has shot down the last of four patents Abbott Laboratories asserted against Becton Dickinson & Co. and Nova Biomedical Corp. in a long-running patent battle between the rivals over blood glucose monitoring technology.
