Cordis Infringed Aneurysm Repair Patents: Judge

Law360, New York (August 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that Cordis Corp. infringed two patents related to a device for treating aneurysms that belong to Target Therapeutics Corp. and are licensed to Boston Scientific Corp.
