Deja Vu For GMAC In Aloha Case

Law360, New York (August 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- GMAC Commercial Finance LLC is back to protesting more of the professional fees that have been requested in the Aloha Airlines bankruptcy case, this time balking at a $1.3 million bid presented by Imperial Capital.

On Friday, the air carrier's main lender objected to the $1 million-plus sought by Imperial, arguing that the one-time financial adviser to the debtor has already received more than enough compensation for services performed.
