Hagens Berman Tapped In Schwab Suit

Law360, New York (August 18, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing a securities class action against The Charles Schwab Corp. has granted the motion of the lead plaintiff to appoint law firm Hagen Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP as its counsel in the case.

On Monday, U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup signed off on YieldPlus Investor Group's bid, enabling Hagens Berman to lead the charge against the financial giant in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
