Judge Finds For Super Fresh In ERISA Case

Law360, New York (August 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Trustees running a grocery workers health benefits fund erred when they told a grocery chain in 2003 that it had to pay in more money, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday, handing defendant Super Fresh Food Markets Inc. a victory in an ERISA case brought by the United Food and Commercial Workers Union.
