4th Circ. Revives DEA Race, Sex Bias Case

Law360, New York (August 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit has breathed new life into a racial and sex discrimination case brought by a former agent of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, shooting the case back down to the lower court for further consideration.

On Wednesday, the 4th Circuit sided with plaintiff Mary Buckley, taking a win out of the government's column and throwing the case back into the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia's lap.
