11th Circ. Rules Rental Car Cos. Not Liable In Crashes

Law360, New York (August 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's ruling that federal law prevents families of people injured or killed by the driver of a rental car from suing rental car companies for damages.
