Internet Services, Immersion Settle PlayStation Flap

Law360, New York (August 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three months after a federal judge dismissed Internet Services LLC’s remaining claims against software maker Immersion Corp., the companies have resolved Immersion’s counterclaims over Internet Service’s attempt to horn in on its multimillion-dollar license agreement with Sony Corp. for PlayStation technology.
