Law360, New York (August 27, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. has fired off another complaint accusing rival Dial Corp. of patent infringement in an ongoing legal battle over their competing lines of home air fresheners.
S.C. Johnson filed the complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. The company is facing a summary judgment motion from Dial in the same court in another suit over a different air freshener patent.
