Dynegy Faces Increased Pressure From Sierra Club

Law360, New York (August 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Sierra Club launched a second front in its fight against a Texas coal-fired power plant on Tuesday, sending a letter to senior government officials challenging the funding for the plant. The group also plans to file a lawsuit Thursday aimed at stopping the construction in Texas.
