US Seeks Stay In Civil Suit Against Ex-Bear Execs

Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Federal prosecutors have asked a New York district court to hold off on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s civil suit against two former Bear Stearns Cos. hedge fund managers while they move forward with grand jury proceedings in the criminal suit against the men.
