Survey Shows Slight Drop In Clean Energy Patents

Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An index that tracks the number of new patents granted in the clean energy sector since 2002 has released its results for the second quarter of 2008, indicating a slight decline in U.S. clean energy patents from the first quarter, as well as from the same period last year.
