Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed a purported antitrust class action accusing drug wholesaler McKesson Corp. of conspiring to inflate the average wholesale price of numerous prescription pharmaceuticals beginning in late 2001.
