AWP Price-Fixing Suit Against McKesson Dismissed

Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed a purported antitrust class action accusing drug wholesaler McKesson Corp. of conspiring to inflate the average wholesale price of numerous prescription pharmaceuticals beginning in late 2001. The drugmaker still faces several related suits before the same judge.
