Davor Corp. Settles Neb. Superfund Claims

Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The former owner of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant on a Superfund site in Nebraska has agreed to pay $1.161 million to the federal government to cover costs of the cleanup.
