ConSemi Infringes CSI's FATcat Patent: Judge

Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge Wednesday stung the founder of Controlled Semiconductor Inc., dismissing allegations that Control Systemation Inc. misappropriated a failure analysis tool of his invention while supporting CSI's counterclaims of patent infringement.
