Pfizer Seeks Emergency Sanctions In Neurontin Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Defendants Pfizer Inc. and Warner-Lambert Co. have asked a federal judge to grant emergency sanctions against a number of plaintiffs for their alleged failure to obey a court order to respond to defendants' interrogatories in a consolidated class action about epilepsy drug Neurontin.
