Judge Drops 2 Patents In Medtronic Catheter Case

Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a boost for Boston Scientific Corp., a district judge has found two Medtronic Inc. patents covering angioplasty catheters and balloons unenforceable, citing inequitable conduct during the prosecution of the patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
