Discover Asks For Details Of Visa-MasterCard Deal

Law360, New York (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Discover Financial Services Inc. on Tuesday asked a federal court to force Visa Inc. and MasterCard Inc. to produce details of a judgment-sharing agreement the two companies reached last month that will split the costs of any ruling in the long-running antitrust lawsuit over credit card exclusivity agreements.
