Law360, New York (September 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A case filed by five disabled travelers against Northwest Airlines and the Wayne County Airport Authority over complaints about safely accessing flights out of Detroit Metro Airport has survived a motion to dismiss and will proceed.
