FDA Seeks Feedback To Boost Produce Safety

Law360, New York (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has asked members of the produce industry for feedback and scientific data that could help the agency beef up its guidelines for reducing the risk of spreading food-borne illnesses through contaminated goods in the wake of a slew of outbreaks over the last year.
