Ohio Residents Cry Foul Over Thermal Plant Plume

Law360, New York (September 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of Ohio residents is fighting back against the pollution of its neighborhood allegedly caused by a “toxic plume” emanating from the Behr Dayton Thermal Plant.

On Wednesday, law firm Leeseberg & Valentine revealed that a class action lawsuit had been filed in the Court of Common Pleas on behalf of residents living near the Behr Dayton Thermal Plant, taking aim at former owner Chrysler LLC and Behr America Inc. in particular.
