$4B SuperDOT Antitrust Suit Evaporates

Law360, New York (September 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Securities trader Sea Carriers LP I's $4 billion proposed antitrust class action against NYSE Euronext and other financial firms for allegedly creating an inferior submarket in violation of the Sherman Act has been dismissed without prejudice.

The lawsuit was dismissed Aug. 28, according to court papers filed in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York on Wednesday.
