By Andrew McIntyre ( August 26, 2015, 6:22 PM EDT) -- A venture that includes Los Angeles-based CIM Group Inc. is buying an office tower on Michigan Avenue in Chicago for roughly $48 million from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Golub & Co., Crain's Chicago Business reported on Wednesday, citing sources with knowledge of the deal. CIM is picking up the office portion — all but the lower four floors, which are retail — of 27-story 625 N. Michigan Ave., according to the report. Golub & Co. will retain a minority stake in the tower, Crain's said....
