By Andrew McIntyre (August 31, 2015, 4:14 PM EDT) -- An Apollo Global Management LLC fund has paid $103 million to buy a roughly 1 million-square-foot office portfolio in the Cincinnati area from Duke Realty Corp., Globe St. reported on Monday, citing sources. Most of the properties, which are a combined 85 percent leased, are located in Blue Ash, Ohio, according to the report. Among the properties are the 320,800-square-foot Deerfield Crossing building and the 219,750-square-foot Lake Forest Place property, Globe St. said....
